Our maximum table size is 6, all of whom must be from one household or support bubble.
We will be open
FRIDAY & SATURDAY
Things may look a little different, but everything is going to be great.
SO… WHAT’S NEW?
We are treating the wellbeing and health of our staff & customers with the sincerest respect and responsibility throughout this time, ensuring your health is our number one priority.
This brand new style of dining may be alien to us now, but that doesn’t mean too much has to change.
We invite you to try our brand new menus across lunch and dinner in our freshly renovated restaurant, now boasting al-fresco wining & dining in the iconic Eldon Chambers.
In line with current government recommendations, we kindly ask all customers to wear a face covering when travelling around the restaurant when possible.
Our secure bar is now equipped with Perspex screening, our windows/doors will be open, ensuring the restaurant is well ventilated, our servers will be wearing the recommended ‘medical-grade’ PPE equipment, as per the government guidelines.
In order to comply with government guidelines, you will be required to follow a few simple rules to keep everyone in our building safe.
TRACK & TRACE:
We are required to record the name & contact details of EVERYONE dining with us. This will be held securely, in accordance with all GDPR regulations and safely destroyed after 21 days.
Please bring a face covering with you to wear when leaving your table.
It is imperative that you keep us informed if you wish to cancel or amend your booking. Tables will only be held for 15 minutes and then given away. Tables will be allocated for a maximum time of 1.5 hours, ensuring we can sufficiently clean and sanitise for the next customers. In order to be successful, bookings will be staggered to avoid arrival time’s crossing over and we are operating on a limited capacity to ensure space between customers, but ask that you observe social distancing when travelling around the restaurant and remain at your table where possible. All orders and payment will be taken at your table. If you would prefer to minimise contact, arranging a pre-order is also possible - please ask about this when emailing your request. (Deposits for tables may be required*). Walk-ins will be managed on a first come/first serve basis and will only be possible where tables are unoccupied, for this reason, we encourage you to book in advance. Please fill in the above form. We will then confirm a safe time for you to arrive, however please bear in mind your time may differ slightly to ensure a safe arrival (where possible, we will attempt to cover all of your needs and requests).
Finally we cannot thank you enough for supporting us and although service may be a little slower and look a little different, we can still guarantee our promise of FRESH, LOCAL AND BEAUTIFUL food and drink.
Ritchie, Lauren & the No.Twelve team.
*At No. Twelve we attempt to control our wastage and carbon footprint as much as possible. This means that large party bookings will be required to place a pre-order prior to visiting, ensuring we can guarantee the availability of all dishes. With limited space and high demand for tables; large party bookings will also be required to pay a small deposit of £5.00 per head. This deposit will be redeemed at the end of the meal. Should you need to cancel or amend your booking, 48 hours notice should be given to the restaurant. Any guests that are not present for the booking and have not given the requested 48 hours notice will not receive a refund for their deposit.
