Do you allow children into the restaurant?
Yes! We welcome everyone, please always leave a note on your booking about all of your guests. This way we can get highchairs ready and put you in the most suitable area of the restaurant.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we are always dog friendly. If you do not want to be near dogs, please let us know on your booking

I have allergies, can you cater for me?
There are a lot of allergies we can cater for but please always double check with us before making a reservation. Email the details of your allergies to us and we will speak to the kitchen team directly. no12bookings@gmail.com

Are we wheelchair accessible?
The restaurant itself is wheelchair accessible. However, due to the listed nature of the building our toilets are in the basement with only step access.​

I have bought a gift voucher but I have put the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
Please email us as soon as possible to let us know however once the products have been sent out we cannot cancel or redirect the order.
