Sweet Potato Gnocchi £10

-Sweet potato gnocchi tossed into a fragrant white wine, thyme, garlic, lemon & mushroom cream. Finished with crispy kale. 

Artichoke & Celeriac Risotto £10

-Creamy celeriac & jerusalem artichoke risotto, with roasted artichoke crisps and a sweet confit garlic & parsley puree. 

Wild Mushroom Verano £9

Our signature stone bakes flatbreads, with a bianco cream base, roasted wild mushrooms & pine nuts, finished with lemon zest & seasonal leaves. 

Winter Squash Verano £9

Our signature stone baked flatbreads with winter squash, creamy plant cheese, crushed walnuts & orange infused agave. Finished with seasonal leaves.

Tagine Fondant £9

-A rich tomato, apricot, red wine & pumpkin tagine base, with a butter poached sweet potato fondant, fennel jam & herb breadcrumbs.

Tofu Sando £10

Fried marinated tofu steak in panko breadcrumbs, wrapped up with fresh focaccia, nori mayo, soy pickled banana shallots & pak choi salad.
