This decision has not been an easy one, and it comes due to a number of reasons, some beyond our control and some deeply personal to us. This news is still very fresh to us and our team, so we kindly ask for your understanding and support during this time.

GIFT VOUCHERS

As soon as we knew what was happening, we stopped selling gift vouchers both online and in-store to ensure transparency.

For those who have purchased gift vouchers, they will be accepted until our final day of trading. While we know this may not allow for a full year of use, we wanted to give as much notice as possible so that everyone has the opportunity to redeem them.

While this marks the end of No.Twelve in its current form, we hope it is not the end of its story. Though there are no immediate plans to reopen in a new location, we truly believe that No.Twelve will continue to live on in some way, within all of us.

As we approach our final months, there may be small changes to our services, but our menus will remain as hyper-seasonal and sustainable as ever. We are committed to ensuring that no ingredients go to waste in our kitchen as we transition toward closure.
